LONGAY CONSERVATORY OF GUITAR DOCUMENT : JULY 26, 2010

As a result of producing the very best materials possible for the student enrolled at LCG, Mr. Longay has developed publications which are available to the public. All proceeds from the sales of these publications will benefit the Frank Longay Memorial Scholarship Fund. This annual scholorship is given by the SAA to teachers looking to further their education in Suzuki guitar teacher training.

The LCG super readers series is a carefully crafted, progressive study, aiding the young guitarist on the path to proficient understanding of written notation as it applies to the guitar. The series is a compilation of original compositions, activities and musical explanation on everything having to do with musical notation. Volume 1 includes the introduction of musical examples in the first and second positions which are enjoyable to play and learn. The second half of the book represents the teacher accompaniments to the various examples.

Volume 2 includes the introduction of musical examples in the first and second positions which are enjoyable to play and learn.

There are no teacher accompaniments for volume 2 at this time.
